Can I bring my own cat?

No, sorry! As much as we would love to meet your furry friend, no cats or other pets may be brought into the café. This is for the safety of our café kitties and customers. If you’re looking to make an addition to your fur family, feel free to tell us about your cat at home, and we’ll help you decide which of our cats could be a good match!

Why is there an hourly visiting fee for the Cat Room?

Cat cafés around the globe require visiting fees to help sustain the costs that come with having several cats in their care. Litter, food, toys and overall maintenance are directly funded with the help of your visiting fee. It is a vital component within our operations––you are helping these kitties find their furever homes + have a safe, happy quality of life in the meantime, and we thank you!

How many cats will be in the Cat Room?

There are anywhere from 10-14 cats in the Cat Room at all times. The exact number varies depending on adoption rates, but there will always be plenty of adorable friends to meet and play with during your visit!

Are all the cats available for adoption?

Yes! All of our cats are available for adoption via our partnership with the Humane Society of North Central Florida. If you meet your new best friend during your visit, let a café team member know, and they will help you begin the adoption process. Yay! Are all the cats spayed/neutered?

Yes. All cats are examined by the Humane Society of North Central Florida before arrival, which includes being spayed/neutered, microchipped, receiving updated vaccinations, and testing for FeLV & other viruses/illnesses. If you have any questions, please contact us or chat with a café team member during your visit.

What if I’m not interested in adopting right now?

No worries––our café is open to all. If you simply love cats but are unable to bring one home, we welcome you just the same. Until our kitties find their new homes, they need all the love and affection they can get (and they have a lot to give, too!). Please feel free to come by, grab a cup of joe, and snuggle up with a furry friend. And if you know someone who’s been searching for a kitty friend, give ‘em a nudge to visit! You can also consider supporting us in other ways, by donating toys, litter and food to Feeline Good and/or the Humane Society of North Central Florida.

Do you accept walk-ins?

We strongly recommend making a reservation to guarantee your desired visit date & time!

We will always accept walk-ins when availability allows. However, in order to guarantee your visit to the Cat Room, we highly recommend booking a time slot in advance via our booking system.

Please note that no paid entry is required to enjoy the café space, and there is seating both upstairs and downstairs to study or meet with friends while sippin’ on your coffee. Complimentary WiFi is available for customers!

Can I bring my kids?

Children age 4 and up are welcome to enjoy the Cat Room! For everyone’s safety, we do request that all minors (age 17 and under) are accompanied in the Cat Room by a parent or legal guardian at all times. Children of all ages are welcome in the café space.

Do the cats come in contact with the café space?

Never. For safety and sanitary reasons, all felines are housed in the Cat Room, separate from the café space. Under no circumstances do/will cats come in contact with the café tables or any places where beverages are prepared. However, we highly encourage visitors to enjoy their coffee in the Cat Room!

Something came up. Can I cancel/reschedule?

We understand things happen! Our scheduling policies are as follows:

  • Cancellations
    Reservations must be canceled more than 24 hours in advance to receive a refund. This is because we are typically unable to re-fill our calendar on short notice.

  • Reschedules
    You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your reservation! Only one reschedule is permitted per reservation. Reschedule requests left uncompleted will be forfeited after 30 days.

    No-show appointments cannot be rescheduled nor refunded.

Can I make a large group booking?

We love to host! Please email us for information regarding large bookings.

Looking to host a private event in our space? Rental rates begin at $200/hr. Contact us for details & availability*!

*We offer private events on days we are closed to the public– Mondays & Tuesdays.
