How it Works.
Step 1:
Reserve your time slot with us!
A maximum of 6 people are permitted in the Cat Room per hour. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability, but in order to guarantee a visit to our Cat Room, we strongly recommend making a reservation via our booking system. Time slots can be booked in 30 or 60 minute increments, and the visiting fee is $10 per person for 30 minutes, or $15 per person for one hour. Learn more about the visiting fee on our FAQ page.
Please note that no paid entry is required to enjoy the café space, and there is seating both upstairs and downstairs to study or meet with friends while sippin’ on your coffee. Complimentary WiFi is available for customers!
Step 2:
Sign our waiver.
Cats are adorable little beings with minds of their own. Though we take every precaution to ensure each kitty in our café is approachable and gets along with the other felines, they still make their own decisions. Upon booking, we’ll have you read over our waiver, and your signature is simply an acknowledgement to us that you understand that we cannot fully control the kitties’ behavior.
Step 3:
Order your goodies.
Coffee beverages, teas, and some merchandise will be available for purchase! We encourage visitors to enjoy their drinks in the Cat Room while playing with the kitties! No outside food or drinks are permitted.
Step 4:
Meet some furry friends!
After you’ve grabbed a cup of joe, head into the Cat Room to meet and greet our feline friends. ALL of our cats are looking for loving furever homes and are available for adoption in partnership with the Humane Society of North Central Florida. If you meet your new best friend while visiting with us, seek out a café team member for the next steps! We can facilitate the adoption process on site.
Step 5:
Spread the word 💛
New cats are brought into the café every few days, and we appreciate any and all support to help continue our mission: finding these precious kitties their new homes. If you enjoy your visit with us, please spread the word! Invite your friends, your fam, or give us a shout out on social media. We get to do what we do because of you, and it means everything. Let’s keep making a difference together.
